Setting Your Availability
As an expert, navigate to Dashboard > Availability to manage your calendar. Set recurring weekly availability slots by selecting days of the week, start and end times, and allowed session durations. You can create multiple slots for different times throughout the day.
Managing Your Calendar
Your availability calendar displays all your open slots and booked sessions. Edit existing availability slots, temporarily block out dates for vacations or commitments, and view upcoming sessions at a glance. Changes to your availability take effect immediately and are visible to clients.
Timezone Configuration
Set your timezone in Account Settings to ensure accurate availability display. The platform automatically converts your availability to each client's local timezone. This prevents scheduling confusion and ensures sessions start at the correct time for both parties.
Handling Booking Conflicts
The platform prevents double-booking by automatically blocking slots once they're reserved. If you need to cancel a session, do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties. Clients are notified immediately of cancellations and can rebook with you or another expert.
