Editing Your Profile

Update your profile anytime by going to Account Settings > Profile. Change your profile photo, update your bio and technical interests, modify your display name, and add links to your portfolio or social media. Changes are saved automatically and reflected across the platform immediately.

Changing Your Password

For security, we recommend changing your password every 3-6 months. Navigate to Account Settings > Security, enter your current password, then your new password twice for confirmation. Passwords must be at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Notification Preferences

Customize which notifications you receive in Account Settings > Notifications. Options include: booking confirmations, session reminders (24 hours and 1 hour before), new messages, review notifications, and promotional emails. All transactional emails are mandatory for account security.

Deactivating Your Account

To deactivate your account, contact [email protected] with your request. We'll confirm your identity and process the deactivation within 48 hours. Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, after which it's permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
