How to Book a Session
Once you've found the right expert, click 'View Profile & Book' on their card or profile page. Select an available date from the calendar, choose a time slot that works for you, pick your preferred session duration (30, 60, or 90 minutes), and describe your issue or project in detail.
Selecting Time Slots
Experts set their own availability windows. The booking calendar shows available dates highlighted in color, while unavailable dates appear grayed out. Time slots display in your local timezone, so you don't need to worry about timezone conversions. Select the slot that fits your schedule best.
Choosing Session Duration
Sessions are available in 30, 60, or 90-minute durations. For quick questions or initial consultations, 30 minutes may be sufficient. For in-depth troubleshooting or project reviews, consider booking 60 or 90 minutes. The price adjusts proportionally based on the expert's hourly rate.
Describing Your Issue
Provide a clear, detailed description of your challenge or project. Include relevant technical details, what you've tried so far, error messages, and your desired outcome. The more information you provide, the better the expert can prepare and make your session more productive.
